Business Analyst Consulting At a Fortuné 50 Company Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT, marketing, operations, and HR departments. Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements. Facilitate communication between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, system specifications, and process flows. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans. Support change management efforts, assisting in the communication and training of new systems and processes to end-users. Provide thought leadership on best practices in business analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Core Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a consulting firm Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and change management principles. Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Management Consulting Experience (required). Strong Client Management (required).
