Location: St. Louis, Mi 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, possible overtime on Saturday   

1st Shift- 8:00am-4:00pm  

2nd shift- 4:00pm-12 midnight 

3rd shift- 12:00midnight-8:00am  

 

Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour, temp to hire and after 640 hours will be converted to permanent employee and pay rate moved to $18.00 an hour. 

 

Duties 

• Verify mold identification are correct and molds are operational. 

• Operate overhead hoists, pallet jacks, forklifts 

• Verify parting lines clean. 

• Clamps functioning properly 

• Vent tubes clean with proper wrap/ material 

• Verify that the correct materials/ weights are loaded into the molds. 

• Verify that finished/ work in progress products are packaged and labeled appropriately. 

• Label and grind production scrap. 

• Maintain a clean work environment. 

• Identify and report any issues with machines, molds, equipment, materials or product to Supervisor. 

 

Requirements 

• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.  

• Previous production and/or Machine operating experience.  

• Prior experience in Quality Control.  

• Detail oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to work cooperatively with all departments and employees.
