Customer Service Representative

$18/hr | 9 Openings | Monday–Friday | Hybrid After Training | No Weekends

We are immediately hiring 9 Customer Service Representatives for a growing consumer support team. If you have experience in a call center, customer service, customer support, customer care, phone support, retail customer service or other consumer-facing role , we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, 6+ month opportunity with the potential to extend or convert based on business needs. Target start date: October 5th

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Training is fully onsite in Marlborough, MA for approximately 2–3 weeks.

After successfully completing training and meeting performance expectations:

  • Wednesday: Onsite
  • Thursday: Onsite
  • Friday: Remote

*No scheduled weekends and no regular overtime.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide phone and email support to consumers using a variety of household and consumer products.

You'll:

• Handle approximately 40–50 inbound customer calls each day
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot products, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and app-connected devices
• Assist with warranties, replacements, product availability and general inquiries
• Enter and update customer information in CRM/customer service systems
• Respond to customer emails and complete follow-up
• Navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously
• Escalate more complex customer issues when necessary
• Meet established customer service quality and performance goals

1–2 years of call center experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidates with strong customer-facing experience and regular phone interaction may also be considered.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer and typing skills
• Ability to navigate several systems/screens at once
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to remain professional and helpful during high-volume customer interactions
• Excellent attendance and reliability

Experience working with CRM systems, inbound calls, email support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile apps or basic product troubleshooting is a plus.

All candidates selected for submission will complete a typing assessment . Employment is contingent upon required background and drug screening. THC/marijuana is not a disqualifier.

Pay: $18.00/hour
