Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Vascular SurgeryOzark Regional Vein & Artery Center | Northwest ArkansasOzark Regional Vein & Artery Center is seeking a highly capable and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing vascular program, working alongside Dr. Stout, a skilled and respected vascular surgeon, in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role within an office-based lab (OBL) and clinic setting, supporting advanced vascular procedures while managing patients across the full continuum of care. Our practice combines clinical excellence with an elevated patient experience, offering a unique environment for providers who value both outcomes and service.Position OverviewThe Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of vascular conditions, including peripheral artery disease (PAD), aneurysms, and carotid and venous disorders.This role spans the full continuum of care- from initial consultation through in-office procedures and post-procedural follow-up -and includes close collaboration with the surgeon in both clinic and in our office-based lab (OBL) procedural environment. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner will participate in hospital consultations, patient rounding and discharge care. Key Responsibilities Patient Evaluation & Clinical Decision-MakingPerform comprehensive history and physical examinations focused on vascular healthEvaluate and manage patients with arterial and venous diseaseDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic dataOrder and review diagnostic studies Peri-Procedural CareConduct pre-procedure evaluations and optimize patients for interventionPartner with the surgeon in procedural planning and coordinationProvide post-procedure follow-up, including wound care and complication managementMonitor patient recovery and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomesProcedures & Clinical SupportPerform minor in-office procedures (e.g., wound care, suture removal, basic interventions)Assist with vascular procedures as needed within the office-based lab settingOngoing Patient ManagementPrescribe and manage medications related to vascular conditionsMonitor chronic & acute conditions and disease progressionEnsure continuity of care through appropriate follow-up and care coordinationPatient Education & ExperienceEducate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modificationsProvide clear post-procedure instructions and set expectations for recoveryContribute to a high-touch, service-oriented patient experienceCollaboration & Care CoordinationWork closely with Dr. Stout and the clinical team to deliver seamless careCoordinate with physician liaisons, referring providers and internal team membersContribute to clinic efficiency and patient flowQualificationsLicensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with active state licensureExperience in vascular, surgical, cardiovascular, or related specialty strongly preferredExperience in or exposure to procedural environments or office-based labs (OBL), preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environmentStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality carePatient-first mindset with a strong service orientationWhat Sets This Role ApartDirect collaboration with an experienced vascular surgeon in an office, OBL & hospital settingExposure to a wide range of vascular conditions and proceduresOpportunity to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial practice modelBlend of clinical autonomy, procedural experience and team-based careFocus on both clinical excellence and patient experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus productivity opportunities401(k) with company participationHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offContinuing education supportWork EnvironmentModern, office-based vascular practice with an integrated office-based lab (OBL), focused on delivering personalized, high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.
