BISCUIT MAKER

Job summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PT or FT Biscuit Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking biscuits according to established recipes and guidelines. As a PT Biscuit Maker, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities: Prepare and mix biscuit dough according to established recipes and guidelines. Roll out dough and cut biscuits into various shapes and sizes. Bake biscuits in ovens and monitor the cooking process to ensure proper texture and color. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to food safety regulations and proper cleaning procedures. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. Qualifications: Previous experience in a baking or culinary role is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent temperature changes. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
