As a Territory Sales and Service Representative in Moorhead, MN, you will service laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer, healthier environment. How You'll Make an Impact Leverage tools and technology (tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend programs. Communicate our total value to customers and grow sales within existing accounts. Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on machines and systems. Provide emergency service via phone or in person as needed. Assist in installation of equipment and solutions. Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers’ operations are fully functional. Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. Position Details This field‑based role may require travel to Moorhead, MN and surrounding areas. During training, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN for 2 of the 12 weeks. After training, you will manage, service, and sell to restaurants, hotels, schools, long‑term care facilities, and more within an assigned territory. Generally, 1 in 5 weekends are required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry experience. Availability to work overnight shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays for emergency assistance. Current valid driver’s license with no restrictions. No immigration sponsorship available. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications. Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar) in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or pool/spa industries. Physical Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling, standing/bending/stooping. Working in confined spaces. Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated). Availability to work overtime. Driving a company vehicle as required; pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed. Compensation Total compensation range: $64,600 – $96,800, including base pay and target incentive.
