You've worked in construction and find yourself asking: "How did they come up with that price?" "There's got to be a better way to build this." "I actually enjoy reading plans." You Might Be Coming From: Assistant Estimator, Project Engineer, APM, or Field Supervisor Landscape, Civil, Roofing, or Waterproofing Contractor Another commercial construction specialty What You'll Learn Alongside our leadership team, you'll develop expertise in: Quantity takeoffs and estimating Reading plans and specifications Vendor/subcontractor management Cost analysis and bid preparation LMN estimating software Green roof construction systems Over time, you'll take increasing ownership of our Bid-Build estimating process.
