About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of its senior living communities. The successful candidate will be the senior leader of the community, responsible for strategic oversight, daily operations, and long-term performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving the achievement of financial and operational goals. The Executive Director will lead and develop department heads and staff, foster a culture of accountability and engagement, and represent the community externally to enhance its reputation and ensure long-term success. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), a minimum of 2-3 years of management experience (with senior living experience strongly desired), and applicable state licensure. The role requires proficiency in digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office, and experience with accounting functions. The Executive Director will be expected to make business decisions that align with the company's mission and values, manage various departments, and ensure the community meets its performance goals. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a dynamic environment and stay current on industry best practices. The position also involves active participation in staff activities and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
