Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer to join a well established and reputable 25+yrs automotive customization shop specializing in Window Tints, Car Audio & Electronics. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean, professional installations, works efficiently, and can consistently deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities * Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles * Perform Clean, Precise Installations with Minimal Contamination * Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicle panels and high-impact areas * Properly prepare and clean vehicles before installation * Inspect completed work and correct Issues when needed * Maintain Tools, Equipment, & Clean Work Area * Protect customer vehicles throughout the installation process * Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Qualifications * Previous Automotive Window Tint Installation Experience Required * Knowledge with Graphtec Equipment * Experience installing PPF Strongly Preferred * Knowledge of different Automotive Films, Installation Techniques, and Vehicle Applications * Ability to perform Shrinking, Cutting, Trimming , and Finishing accurately * Strong ATTENTION TO DETAIL & Quality Control * Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced shop * Reliable, Punctual, Consistent * Excellent Problem-Solving Skills What We Offer * Full-Time with Opportunity for Profit Sharing, & Partnerhip & long-term growth * Excellent Pay based on Experience & Skill-Set Level * Incentives and Bonus Opportunities * Established shop with consistent Service Demand and Expanding Candidates should be prepared to discuss their tint and PPF experience and provide examples of previous installation work when available.
