Casual Dining Restaurant Front-of-the-House Managers
With years of award winning history and renowned reputation, we have become one of most recognized restaurant locations in Minneapolis, Minnesota . And now, with continued growth comes the need for talented restaurant managers .
It’s time to add Restaurant Assistant Managers ( Front-of-the-House Manager )to our food service team as we continue to grow. We are searching for “strong”, high-volume casual dining restaurant managers in the area.

These restaurants have become the choice among casual dining aficionados who want to enjoy great food mixed with sports and fun...with a team that understands training , scheduling , cost controls , and teaching a team to “wow” the customer in a very "guest focused" environment.
BOH & FOH restaurant managers here must possess high organizational skills; is experienced in interviewing & hiring ; understands coaching , training and motivating a team; understand “hands-on” restaurant leadership; and knows what it takes to be the “mayor of the town” in his restaurant .

Viable candidates must have the following background :
· Must have experience as a salaried, full service Restaurant Manager
· Must have management experience in leading FOH & BOH operation
· Must have understanding of restaurant COG's control
· Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential
Must desire to have “Fun” at work
