Humana Inc. is seeking a bilingual RN Care Manager to work remotely nationwide. The role focuses on telephonic outreach, assessing Medicare/Medicaid/group members, and developing care plans with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include an active RN license, a Compact license, and fluency in Spanish and English. Training starts with 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST for four weeks, then 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST.
