Key Responsibilities Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans). Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and positions them in designated locations using the bin locator system. Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of regularly scheduled and annual inventory control procedures. Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition. Conducts pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections daily and immediately reports any operational issues or mechanical defects to the supervisor or designated person. Completes all the necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs on a regular basis. Ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures. Participates in and completes ongoing training through in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based learning modules as assigned. Completes other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or another member of leadership. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license. Must be 19 years old or older. Skills Move tires with/without mechanical assistance (Expert) Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting (Expert) Placement of received products in warehouse (Expert) Placement of shipping products in warehouse (Expert) Excellent communication and customer service skills. Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance. Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting. Multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles. Work up to 35 feet above ground level. Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift. Follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires. Work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems. Maintain a forklift certification. Maintain a valid driver’s license. Education High School or better in Academic.
