Location: Wilmington, OH Pay Rate: $18.00 $19.50 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift | Monday Friday (Must be available for daily and weekly overtime) Training on the 1st shift for 1 4 weeks

Requirements

• At least 6 months of machine operation experience (die casting experience a plus)
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to train on a different shift for 14 weeks

Your Day at the Plant

Start up and shut down die casting machines in accordance with SOPs Trim and finish cast parts using wire wheels, hand files, and other tools Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and 5S practices Inspect parts using visual checks and precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards Operate a powered pallet jack to transport materials and baskets Perform and record quality checks accurately within the AGSS system Complete daily production reports and document downtime or defects Identify and segregate non-conforming materials following proper procedures Conduct equipment safety checks and follow lockout/tagout protocols
