Overview Heritage Family Dentistry is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. At our practice, we take great pride in acknowledging our employees' skills and dedication, and we are committed to creating a work environment where you can thrive. If you're passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and have experience in motivating and managing teams, this is the perfect opportunity. Schedule & Office Hours Open to full or part-time opportunities Monday through Thursday, 7 am-3 pm Training will be at both our Frisco and North Dallas locations (Frisco Hours are 7 am-4 pm) Benefits Bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance (FT employees) PTO and paid holidays (FT employees) 401(k) options Occasional team events Requirements 5+ years of dental front office experience Experience with billing is highly preferred Knowledge of Ascend Software Plus
