COME WORK FOR THE GREATEST DEALERSHIP FAMILY IN PENNSYLVANIA!!Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team!A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor (but not limited to):Greet customers and assist them with their service needs and questionsObtain and update necessary vehicle and customer dataPerform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to set up the technician to properly diagnose the vehicle and repairsEstablish a timeline of repair and keep the customer up to date on progress. Communicate with the customer via telephone, email, and/or text message.Disclose additional work needed or recommended services and obtain customer signature for those repairsAdvise customer about the value of car maintenance and review future recommended servicesBuild relationship and rapport with the customer to maintain CSI ratingSchedule future maintenance appointmentsQualifications include but are not limited to:10+ Years experience as a service advisor, dealership experience preferredAbility to communicate with customers and manage other tasks independentlyPersonable and friendly personalityHS Diploma or EquivalentValid Driver’s LicenseGeneral knowledge of mechanical and service operations preferredReynolds and Reynolds or xTime experience is a plusBlaise Alexander offers its full-time employees and their family benefits packages and all the tools you will need to be successful.
