Director of Rehab ($5k Sign On Bonus) - Full Time

Rehab Director Opportunity

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia state license required to start.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Experience in general orthopedics with emphasis on hips, knees, and shoulders preferred.
• Supervisory experience. Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Experience managing a small clinical team and providing direct patient care. Director will oversee approximately 3 staff and provide about 9095% of a typical provider's patient load.
• Experience with post-operative orthopedic patient care, including total hip and total knee post-op management. Typical caseload is about 12 patients per day, scheduled at roughly 40-minute intervals.
