What You'll Do Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Help residents maintain independence and safely participate in the daily activities that matter most to them Support residents in aging in place safely and confidently for as long as possible Address self-care, functional mobility, adaptive equipment, home safety, and fall prevention needs Build meaningful relationships while supporting residents' independence, safety, and daily function Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction What You'll Bring Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania COTA license in good standingA genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset A commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care Why This Role Feels Different This is more than just a position—it's an opportunity to grow within a therapy program that values connection, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
