Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner at the front desk
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for both medical dermatology, plastic surgery, and cosmetic services
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route calls appropriately
• Verify patient insurance, collect copays, and process payments accurately
• Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) software
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Assist with cosmetic consultation scheduling and follow-up communications

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical or dermatology front desk/receptionist role preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor befitting a cosmetic practice
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
