Position: Bilingual Client Care Coordinator
Location: Colton, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30-6:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties, such as electronic filing documents, sending zoom links, emails, medical records and answering phones.
- Collect co-payments or past-due payments from customers.
- Assist with scheduling monthly client appointments and rescheduling appointments.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, respond to client needs.
- Assist front desk receptionist with checking in-patients, making copies of IDs, obtaining or giving evaluation forms to be completed.
- Adhere to all the policies and standards stated in the Employee Handbook.
- Exhibit compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations.
- Assist providers when needed with translating English/Spanish.
- Cross-training with other departments.
Skills:

- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical abilities include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision.
