Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel and Badge Control in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while reporting security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
