What You’ll Do Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner’s coordination and reporting meetings. Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance. Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self‑perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps. Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Agreements. Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings. Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders. Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan. Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover process. What You’ll Bring Ability to communicate professionally verbally and written with the ability to lead teams and resolve conflict. Self‑motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams. Highly organized with strong planning and analytic skills, attention to detail, and expert attention to detail. An ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista software. Experience in the automotive sector is preferred. Experience A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience. 7+ years of structural steel experience in heavy industrial project management.
