Become a Part of Our Primary Care Team
Our organization is on the lookout for Primary Care Physicians to enhance our expanding network of outpatient clinics throughout Berkshire County, Massachusetts. With three hospitals and numerous outpatient facilities, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, community-oriented healthcare supported by a robust health system.
About Our Organization- Hospitals:
- Community Hospital A - A 300-bed full-service facility located in Pittsfield
- Community Hospital B - A critical access hospital serving the northern region
- Community Hospital C - A critical access hospital catering to the southern region
- Care Network:
- 12 outpatient clinics specializing in Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics
- Several urgent care facilities
- Outpatient clinics for psychiatry and addiction medicine
- Collaborative Support: All primary care locations are supported by specialists and resources from our hospitals, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
- Attractive Base Salary: $299,000
- Signing Bonus: $100,000
- Annual Bonus Potential: 6%
- CME Allowance
- RVU Incentives: Significant earning potential available after transitioning from the guaranteed base plan to the production plan.
- Guaranteed Base Salary Plan: New physicians begin with a guaranteed base salary without RVU expectations, allowing ample time for training and adjustment without the pressure of meeting patient volume goals.
- Support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Dedicated Medical Assistant assistance
