At Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we’re seeking a dependable and caring Transportation Driver to join our team and ensure safe, timely transport of our residents to and from scheduled appointments. • Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community visits, and scheduled outings using company-provided vehicle
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles safely and respectfully
• Communicate professionally with residents, family members, and healthcare partners regarding transportation timing and needs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facility transportation vehicles
• Follow all facility safety protocols, including wheelchair securement and resident transfer safety
• Assist with basic resident needs while on the road (comfort, conversation, support)
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled transports
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support a positive, resident-centered environment

• Valid CO driver’s license with clean driving record required
• CNA preferred, but NOT required
• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare environments is a plus
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility challenges
• Friendly, patient, and reliable team player
• Able to lift/assist with resident transfers as needed (training provided)
