A Typical Shift

You’ll start by checking the day’s schedule and confirming the correct materials and labels are staged. As the line runs, you’ll rotate between monitoring flow, verifying label/date accuracy, and recording checks so everything stays within spec. When something drifts—like a cap torque or label placement—you’ll pause, communicate, and make a quick adjustment to get back on track. Between runs, you’ll help with changeovers, keep your area orderly, and complete end-of-shift cleanup and paperwork so the next shift can start smoothly.
