About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Business Development in the Pharmaceutical and Specialty Solutions Segment. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic planning and business development activities for the company's specialty businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and linking business strategies, anticipating industry evolution, and driving strategic projects to foster growth. Key responsibilities include leading the development of strategic recommendations, preparing best-in-class content, and proactively maintaining a pipeline of strategic opportunities. The role also involves driving merger and acquisition processes, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and leading a team of strategy and business development professionals. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy and/or healthcare roles. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape for specialty pharmaceuticals and related healthcare services. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and partnership development is also preferred. The role requires an influential leader with exceptional communication skills, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to leveraging resources across teams. The candidate should be an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit, and individually motivated, with a proven track record of driving high-value strategies and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
