Entry Level Customer Retention
$16 - $18 per hourAllied Health Agency
Job Description Job Description Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Start: Immediate hire
Compensation: $16–$18/hour + performance bonuses and incentives (up to $110/week)
Role Overview
Make outbound calls to members regarding pending account terminations with the goal of retaining customers and resolving account status. You will follow a structured call process in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Must pass background check
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Goal-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Bilingual preferred but not required (English & Spanish)
