Respiratory Therapist And NursesPay Range: $32/hr - $52/hr (ranges based on respiratory or nursing license, experience, and shift) Shifts: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am **Must be able to work every other weekend**We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting. This position will be at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Centre in Winchester, IN. Previous ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site!Responsibilities:Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rateEducate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease managementCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident careRespond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed.Requirements:Certified RRT, CRT, RCP, RN or LPNCurrent Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferredKnowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologyBasic life support certification requiredRespiratory Therapy Students are welcome to apply!Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insuranceContinuing education opportunities for professional developmentThis position is for a Full Time position, 12 hour shifts, and rotating weekends.
