Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple residential sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Everett, WA Pay Rate: $35-38/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance or related fields.
• Valid EPA Universal certification; electrical trainee card and/or 06/07 Electrical License are advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to support after-hours activities as needed.
• Experience with residential equipment and systems preferred.
