Role Description The Junior Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Exton, PA. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects related to Quantic’s point-of-sale solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, and customer success. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and assisting in requirement gathering and status reporting. The role also involves monitoring project risks and issues, helping prioritize tasks, and ensuring project deliverables align with quality standards and client expectations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to coordinate tasks, schedules, and deliverables. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making for project outcomes. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present project updates clearly. Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to support team collaboration, encourage accountability, and contribute to a positive project culture. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with software development or SaaS products, experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and a basic understanding of POS or retail/restaurant technology. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
