Associate II, Production Planning

Associate II – Production Planning Location: Houston, TX. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Onsite. Travel up to 10%. Key Responsibilities Maintain material schedules to support production control. Compile records on material status, including quantity, cost, and type of materials received, shipped, in stock, or in production. Support flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules. Determine possible and actual shortages and initiate corrective actions. Apply specialized knowledge to perform tasks and achieve objectives. Follow procedures with some decision‑making authority, requiring job‑related training, attention to detail, and reliability. Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements. Contribute to the overall compliance of the organization; commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage production orders. Adhere to GxP regulations and SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure quality control. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; associate +4 yrs). Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English. Attention to detail and reliability required. Ability to follow procedures and make decisions within defined authority.
