Electrician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing , is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join their team in Red Oak, TX ! This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits As a Journeyman Electrician, you will support a modular data center manufacturing project , performing electrical installations, integration work, and commissioning activities within a state‑of‑the‑art factory environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components for modular data centers. Support integration and start‑up activities during assembly and commissioning. Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. Install conduit and large cable systems while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety procedures. Conduct quality inspections and maintain torque sheets, tool inventories, and 5S standards. Promote a safety‑first culture and participate in safety audits. Desired Skills Industrial electrical experience strongly preferred; commercial experience accepted. Manufacturing experience Familiarity with 5S methodology . Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents . Experience bending conduit and installing large cable systems . OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders while standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
