CRD Implementation Program Manager

Role: CRD Implementation Program Manager (Charles River Development)

Minimum Experience : 15+ years

Location: NJ, NY, LA, Toronto

• 15+ Years of CRD product implementation program management experience:
  • Requires extensive leadership in CRD implementations, Asset or Wealth Management domain, specifically directing multiple full-lifecycle Charles River Development (CRD) implementations.
• CRD Product Expertise:
  • Must possess knowledge of the Charles River Development platform, including front-to-back workflows, order management (OMS/EMS), and compliance engines.
• Advanced Program Governance:
  • Proven ability to establish robust governance frameworks, manage complex budgets, and drive end-to-end accountability across global workstreams.
• Scheduling & Planning Rescue:
  • Expert at diagnostics, identifying critical path dependencies, and resolving complex scheduling and planning challenges to get delayed timelines back on track.
• Executive Stakeholder Management:
  • Exceptional communication skills to manage, influence, and align USA-based and global C-suite executives, steering committees, and business heads.
• Vendor & Cross-Functional Synergy:
  • Experienced in managing the strategic relationship with Custodian partners, State Street / Charles River vendor teams while bridging gaps between IT, Trading, and Operations.
