Description Client Advocate - Peoria About Modern Law Modern Law is a dynamic, family-centered law firm on a mission to make the divorce and family law process more compassionate, transparent, and effective. We believe the first call or consultation sets the tone for a client's entire experience, which is why our intake team plays one of the most important roles in the firm. Who You Are We're looking for an extroverted, outgoing, and emotionally intelligent professional to lead the client intake process. This role combines customer service, sales, and leadership - helping potential clients take their first steps toward legal representation. You'll be the voice of the firm for new clients: building trust, listening deeply, and guiding people toward the right solution. Our ideal candidate describes themselves as a "people person," truly enjoys working on a team, and brings genuine warmth, high energy, and enthusiasm to every conversation. Responsibilities $45 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Outstanding communication skills and a real sense of empathy.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• CRM and case management software experience is a plus.
• Available to work full-time, in-office, at our Peoria location.
