This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The Registered Nurse incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice is required. Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment are essential.
