Job Summary Position: Shift Supervisor Reports to: Store Manager Location: United States (various). The Shift Supervisor leads the store shift, driving smooth operations, team training, and high‑quality guest service. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations – Follow the Daily Concept Workflow, manage traffic, delegate tasks and provide feedback. Cleanliness & Standards – Supervise daily checklists, ensure a clean, safe store and report issues. Team Training – Guide new juicers through the Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation cycle. Guest Experience – Create warm, memorable interactions and handle feedback professionally. Sales Focus – Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries and support sales performance. Qualifications 1–2 years supervisory or team‑lead experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
