You will deliver tax and business advisory services and tax compliance to high‑net‑worth individuals and trusts. What You Will Do Assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high‑net‑worth individuals, multi‑generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities: Perform complex individual, partnership, S‑corp, trust, estate, gift and state tax returns. Work on multiple engagements that deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting, including federal estate, gift, charitable planning and generation‑skipping tax. Build on technical competence by staying current with trends, developments and technical authorities and applying them to complex situations. Learn and grow through direct coaching and mentorship, while participating in firm‑wide learning and development programs. Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients. Support the growth and development of team members. Maintain a healthy work‑life balance with friendships, social activities and team outings. Qualifications 4‑year degree; CPA, Law License or Enrolled Agent. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm. Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates preferred. Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management and communication skills. Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate continuous learning, see the big picture as well as details, display ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects. Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred. Compensation In Philadelphia, PA: pay rate is $92,000 to $146,340. In Wilmington, DE: pay rate is $101,300 to $139,690. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
