Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• At least 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• TNCC, ENPC, and NRP required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid, compassionate care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients across a broad range of emergency department cases
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty support teams to coordinate timely interventions
• Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and document care accurately
• Support a safe, efficient workflow in a busy Emergency Department environment
• Respond calmly and effectively to changing patient conditions, trauma cases, and critical situations
