Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech

Seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech for a day shift position. The shift will be 3x12 hours from 07:00 to 19:30. Candidates must have robotic experience. There is a fair share of on-call requirements with a rotation of 1 in 4 or 5. Call starts at 7 PM and ends at 7 AM the next day. Weekend call is from 7 AM Saturday to 7 AM Monday. There is a 20-minute call-back requirement. A call house is available for those living outside the requirements. 1 year of scrubbing experience is needed. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Weekend work includes 1 weekend out of 5 and one weeknight per week. Preferred patient diagnoses include infants, pediatrics, and adolescents. Special procedures include orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, OB/GYN, urology, and podiatry. Candidates must have experience in a variety of surgical procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and general surgeries. Knowledge of aseptic technique is essential. Additional skills required include handling various types of surgical instruments and care of scopes and fiber optic equipment. All candidates will need to float as required. Charting experience with EPIC is a hard requirement. Candidates must have community hospital experience.
