Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of medical support staff across departments. Partner with specialists, doctors, and leadership to ensure delivery of exceptional, state‑of‑the‑art medical care. Oversee scheduling, workflow, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency. Support employee engagement, professional development, and performance management. Drive compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, including expansion projects. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in medical staff or clinical operations management (veterinary or human healthcare). Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to develop teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of medical workflows, compliance standards, and best practices in a hospital setting. Veterinary hospital experience preferred; healthcare management background strongly considered.
