This role involves close collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver tailored medical support and promote overall wellness.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor patient health and document changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the patient
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and needs

 

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing experience
