Job Description Production Bakery Associate | $15.00 per Hour | Multiple Shifts, Full-Time What Matters Most Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Multiple day shifts; overtime and weekend availability required Location: Farmers Branch, TX Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates after 30/60/90 days Weekly pay and benefits eligibility through The Reserves Network Job Description A commercial bakery is hiring Production Bakery Associates to prepare breads and pastries in a fast-paced production environment. You will mix and shape dough, operate bakery equipment, prepare ingredients, and follow food safety standards. Training and advancement opportunities are available. The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. The $500 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time external candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days.
