Overview Clean and maintain guest room floors, corridors, service landings and linen closets. Support Room Attendants to ensure efficient cleaning of guest rooms. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Able to read, write and speak basic English. Able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiply and divide in all units of measure) in order to obtain correct dilution ratios, portion control, etc. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift. Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required. High School, GED or overseas equivalence is desired but commensurate work experience is the driving qualification mixed with basic English communication skills. Gold Key PHR
