Seeking a Senior UX Designer with 10 15 years of experience and strong expertise in user-centered design, behavioral design, product design, and digital product innovation. The role focuses on designing intuitive web and mobile experiences, leading product discovery, improving customer satisfaction and adoption, developing scalable design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end UX activities including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex business workflows.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams on product strategy and innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and accessibility-compliant standards.
Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and journey analytics to drive data-informed design decisions.
Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and product discovery sessions.
Apply design thinking and rapid prototyping to identify and validate innovative solutions.
Communicate design concepts, recommendations, and business value to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor UX/design teams and provide design leadership.
Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives and large-scale customer-facing platforms.
Contribute to operational excellence through monitoring, incident analysis, root-cause analysis, documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and DR runbooks.
Work effectively with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

10 15 years of UX/Product Design experience .
Strong expertise in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centered Design, Behavioral Design, and Design Thinking .
Hands-on experience with User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, Prototyping, Customer Journey Mapping, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture .
Strong experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and Component Libraries .
Knowledge of Accessibility and WCAG compliance .
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite .
Experience with AI-assisted design tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of product strategy, innovation, data analytics, and user behavior analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and workshop facilitation.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent visual design, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
Enterprise digital transformation experience is preferred.
Experience mentoring and leading design teams.
