Who are we looking for? We are seeking an innovative and scientifically curious R&D Chemist to join our global research and development team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise in chemistry, strong problem‑solving skills, and a passion for creating new materials, formulations, and technologies. What will you be doing? Hold self to the highest standards on safety. We are committed to building a strong safety culture in all laboratory and related activities. Research, develop, and formulate new surface treatment products for the printed circuit board, molded interconnect, connector and IC substrate industries. Have a basic understanding of the patent and literature for new resin systems, chemistry, and polymers across related technology areas. Help develop presentations/reports that distill complex ideas into precise results and proposals. Actively participate in workgroup team meetings to address safety, process improvement, problem-solving, and other workgroups, departments, and active topics. Receive mentoring from senior level scientists and technologists. Communicate and appropriately document work. Understand and follow appropriate EH&S standards, policies, and procedures applicable to their job. Carry out responsibilities under the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Present a professional attitude and handle confidential information according to non-disclosure guidelines. Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment. Who are You? BA degree in inorganic or electrochemistry, Polymer/material science, or related field with 3+ years technical research experience. Knowledge of the fundamentals of both physical and chemical analysis. R&D instrumental labs and working in a research laboratory are preferred. As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance-related bonus plan. The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $71k and $90k annually.
