Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Phoenix, AZ.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, additional hours and weekends as neededJob Responsibilities:Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and telephoneLoad and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slipsReceive and process stock into inventory management systemProcess orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax and emailPrint requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clientsPack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPSResolve all customer concerns efficiently and timelyMaintain inventory control according to company standardsParticipate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventoryDeliver supplies to local branches, clients and patient service centers when neededMinimum Qualifications:No experience or education requiredPreferred Qualifications:Current or prior Labcorp experience1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders1 or more years of experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jackAdditional Job Standards:Flexibility to work overtime as neededVery punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to problem solve customer issuesAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionKnowledge of inventory control and cycle countsCustomer service experienceAbility to lift up to 50lbsAt LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
