Role Summary The Operations Engagement Manager is accountable for: Owning day‑to‑day client relationships within private equity portfolio companies Leading and developing a team of consultants across multiple workstreams Structuring and driving operational transformation initiatives from diagnosis through implementation Delivering quantifiable results (cost reduction, throughput improvement, working capital optimization) This role operates as the primary execution leader on‑site , bridging executive stakeholders, frontline operators, and internal consulting teams.
