Stafford Cutting Dies - a leading U.S. manufacturer of precision steel rule cutting dies - is hiring a Shop Supervisor to lead our Reading, PA location. This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys running a small site, coordinating drivers and deliveries, and being the trusted local face of Stafford for our Reading-area customers.

What You'll Do as Shop Supervisor

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Reading, PA shop, warehouse, and facility
• Serve as the primary customer service contact for local customers - phone, email, and in-person
• Schedule and coordinate delivery drivers, pickups, and shipments to meet customer deadlines
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Partner with Stafford's Sales & Marketing Manager and General Manager on customer accounts and site priorities
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Identify and implement improvements in scheduling, customer service, and shop workflow
• Represent Stafford Cutting Dies and Confluent Holdings' Core Values and North Star in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Shop Manager, Shop Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Dispatch Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Lead, Customer Service Lead, Site Lead, or similar role
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and scheduling skills - able to manage drivers, deliveries, orders, and customer requests simultaneously
• Comfortable being the on-site face of the company with customers and drivers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); able to learn ERP, dispatch, and order management systems quickly
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or coursework in business, logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
• Manufacturing, die-making, converting, print, packaging, distribution, or logistics industry experience strongly preferred but not required
