Talent Acquisition Partner
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team during an exciting period of growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting great talent with great opportunities, this role is for you!
In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting hiring initiatives across the organization while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and departments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and engage top talent using creative sourcing techniques
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Manage and track candidates in iCIMS, ensuring accurate dispositioning and data integrity
- Prepare offer letters and support approval workflows
- Maintain compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and employment regulations
- Deliver a seamless, positive experience for every candidate
