Job Description

Real Estate Company in Bergen County is looking for a Project Manager!

Responsibilities

Properties in NJ (mostly Bergen, Passaic, Hudson Counties) with apartment complexes.
Looking for someone who can oversee the maintenance and improvements for these locations.
Company does their own construction/repairs - might be paint, minor or major repairs, cleaning, etc. before the next tenant can move in.
Responsible for scheduling subcontractors and coordinating projects/ materials needed.
Might need to know what paint/color and get it to the contractors, any tools or materials need for the job, handle budgeting for the project, pricing for materials, etc.
Will be visiting the buildings as well. Will have to drive own vehicle to start (reimburse mileage) then will be provided a company vehicle to drive to the job site.

Requirements

At least 3-4+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Real Estate, Property Management, Construction or related field
Valid Driver's License!
Must be able to work overtime including weekends!
Bilingual preferred but not required
