For Full Time Employees, we offer the attached benefits.

All Full Time Employees are eligible for up to $3,000 in reimbursement for education assistance after 6 months of Full-Time work.


For ALL Employee's we have our EAP (employee assistance program) that offers counseling, grievance support and many more resources that employees can use on a confidential and as needed basis. More info in the attachment.


401K and 401K matching is available for ALL employees following a waiting period and has quarterly enrollments. We match .25% for every 1% the employee puts in, up to a 1% max match. More info in the attachment.


ALL employees are eligible for employee referral bonus' that are paid out in 2 increments at the referred employees 90 day and 6-month milestones.


ALL employees are eligible for $100 recognition gift cards (from amazon) if they are mentioned by name in a 5-star google review. Unlimited, but if mentioned with 5 or more employees in one review, the $600 max is split between everyone mentioned.
